Consistent operation across many attempts is closer to the standard the physical world requires than any single successful run.
This produces harder tests but more honest results.
Lighting, temperature, layout, clutter, contact conditions, and the presence of people or animals all affect behavior.
Evaluation must sample across these variations, not only within a preferred configuration.
How the system detects failure and returns to a safe state is often more important than its behavior when everything works.
Recovery behavior should be designed and evaluated as first-class functionality.
Interruption, permission changes, and supervision workflows must be tested under realistic conditions.
Documentation accuracy, connected-service continuity, and privacy behavior belong in the same evaluation program.
